Rock Jar

This is a rock jar I made for Cohen. Every time he does something good and positive, like going potty and washing his hands without being asked or helping, sharing or eating all his dinner, he gets to put a rock in his jar. After he gets so many rocks, he can get a little treat. If he is naughty, he has to take a rock out of his jar.  Cohen takes this very seriously.  My dad went to the waterfront near his home in Washington and collected all of these rocks for me. Thanks so much Dad!!

Chore/Activity Chart

I made this chore/activity chart for my little guy.  I still have a few more activities to add to it.  Cohen loves this chart and we use it to plan out our day. 

Sterling Silver Earrings I made for my Sister-in-Law Kim for her birthday. I textured the sterling discs, rounded them, punched the holes, oxidized, and then polished. It was an extensive process but I am pleased with how they turned out. I hope she liked them!

Primary Schedule

I was just called to be a Primary Teacher at church.  I will be teaching the four year-old class and I am so excited.  I made up this little class rules/schedule for my class so the children will know what activities to anticipate and in which order each week.  I can't say enough how much I LOVE my Cricut.

These are some things I made for singing time in primary and nursery on Sunday.

 I made this little Christmas tree for Junior and Senior Primary.  The kids will get to come up and pick an ornament which has a Christmas song on the back. 

 This is my musical treasure box for our nursery kids. 

These are the visual aids I made for the songs that the nursery kids sing with some little noise makers.  I made most of the visuals on the Cricut.  I LOVE my Cricut.

Tribute to Grandpa

My mother-in-law is putting together a tribute book to her father (Jared's grandpa) for his 80th birthday.  All of his children and grandchildren are contributing letters of the their favorite memories about him.  This is the page that I created for him.  Each folder contains a letter (or in Cohen's case, scribbles).
